Mel&Moj is an Iranian clothing brand. The founders of Mel&Moj were two entrepreneurial sisters who decided to change the position of the brand through the development of branches and stores and the production of luxury products. It was necessary that such a change of approach was also reflected in the brand identity.
The primary core of Mel&Mojs strategic identity is “mysteriousness”. Exciting brand personality and Magician archetype were chosen for Mel & Moj and mysterious designs were needed to create a magical and mysterious brand. To answer this demand, both dark colors and shadowy visual spaces were used, and the logo was made as a face without any details to provide more suspense. In addition, this project successfully overcomes the difficult path of adapting the Persian logotype. With the logotype, it went through English to show the same identity. Also, the slogan “We believe in miracles” was chosen as the brand’s tagline.
Roger Rebranding Mel&Moj redesigned the visual identity of this brand in accordance with its real position. As a result of the successful branding, Mel&Moj was chosen as the official sponsor of the Iranian caravan in the Tokyo Olympics. In addition, the designs of this project were noticed in the World Brand Design competition. In this design event, Vand made it to the final stage of the competition as one of the candidates for the main award.
